| From this position, bend forward and touch your right foot with your left hand while bringing the right arm into a vertical position overhead. Do this twice on each side. |
| Bend to one side, reaching down as far as you can with one hand while bringing the other arm over your head to a horizontal position. Hold this for a few seconds, and then repeat the same pose on the other side. Do this twice on each side. |
