Standing Asanas
From this
position, bend
forward and
touch your right
foot with your left
hand while
bringing the right
arm into a
vertical position
overhead.  Do this
twice on each side.
Lord Nataraja pose (Natarajasan)

Stand erect.  Bend one of your legs and grip your ankle.  Reach the other arm up, pull your leg
toward your head and balance.  Repeat on the other side.
Triangle pose (Trikonasan)

Stand up.  Hold your legs straight with your feet a couple of  feet apart.  Spread your arms.
Bend to one side,
reaching down as far as
you can with one hand
while bringing the other
arm over your head to a
horizontal position.  
Hold this for a few
seconds, and then repeat
the same pose on the
other side.  Do this twice
on each side.
